FAQ

Is there anything you won't create?
I hold the right to decline and fully refund (where applicable) any commission I am uncomfortable with or feel as though my ability is lacking to do justice to a piece. All performers and characters portrayed in my work are required to be 18+ years of age.Hard No's:

No! My work generally has a very fast turn around once the project begins. An average script or audio commission takes me around 2 hours to complete and once the client finalizes their commission it is finished! And because many of my clients will commission multiple audios or scripts for the entire month my queue can look large! If my commissions are open then please feel free to commission me! If I am unable to take new commissions they will close!

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
By accepting this commission you agree to this ToS whether you have read it in full or not.I can refuse any commission without explanation.I can cancel any commission without explanation. I will, generally, provide a refund if I do not complete a commission unless files have been exchanged.I reserve the right to record and post a recording of any script I write, the 10% no post fee is only applicable for the full script being posted publicly to Reddit (either r/ASMRScriptHaven for SFW or r/GoneWildAudio for NSFW). You will be directly credited and linked back to on any site I post to as the commissioner of the work unless you specifically request to remain anonymous which you must state when you commission me. In the case of you wishing for your credit to be removed at a later date, you may contact me at any time and I will do so immediately. I will not post a recording of your commissioned script until at least one month after you have posted your audio or over six months has passed.I reserve the right to post any script I write behind a paywall of choice; (currently Ko-Fi membership) the no posting fee only applies to public Reddit posting. You will be directly credited as the commissioner unless you request to be anonymous which you must state when commissioning (you may get in contact with me for removal of credit at any time). I will only post the script after at least 1 month from when your post has gone live. I am open to DMs regarding this policy on a case by case basis. Simply shoot me a DM.I reserve the right to post the script to Reddit if you have not utilized the script within 6 months of your commission regardless of whether a No Post Fee was paid and you have not contacted me regarding your fill delay.When commissioning an audio edit from me, I reserve the right to take up to one minute of your audio, RAW or Mixed for showcases of service to be posted as short form content on social media such as but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, TikTok or Youtube Shorts. This will generally be a side by side comparison of RAW Audio vs My Mix to showcase my edits and additions. You will be directly credited on all social media posts (if I can find them). I will typically wait until after your official post has been posted but hold the right to post my preview at my conveniences within reason to your posting schedule. Your full audio will never be made publicly available by me.CREDITING
You must credit me when using any of my contenton all platforms it is used. Please credit me either @CelineWhitetail or linking to my VGen where applicable. This includes Patreon, you MUST link back to me as script writer or mixer in the public portion of your Patreon post! Failure to do so will result in severing of any future business relationships.PAYMENTS
All commissions must be paid in full up front due to the nature of the commission and how revisions will be delivered. I will not deliver any WIP files until payment has been cleared.There will be a 6% state sales tax added to the final price of all commissions.REFUNDS
I will refund in full any commissions before any files have been given to the commissioner if requested, no questions asked, even if I have begun the writing or editing process.If you cancel a script commission I hold the right to repurpose the script as I see fit.Once any edited files have been exchanged the commission will be considered complete (as a client could take a "first pass" edit and use it in full as a completed work) and refunds will no longer be issued.I will refund a client if I miss a deadline.I will generally refund a client in full on client request for most any valid reason; this is on a case by case basis.COMMUNICATION

I am in US-EST timezone and am unavailable after 12am (midnight). Sporadic messages may occur during 8am-2pm EST. Working hours are generally 2pm-12am.
