Is there anything you won't create?
I hold the right to decline and fully refund (where applicable) any commission I am uncomfortable with or feel as though my ability is lacking to do justice to a piece. All performers and characters portrayed in my work are required to be 18+ years of age.Hard No's:

GENERAL
By submitting a request for a commission you agree to this ToS whether you have read it in full or not. I can refuse any commission without explanation.CREDITING
I require credit when commissions are posted onto social media. Please link back to my Twitter when you post!PAYMENTS
All commissions must be paid in full up front due to the nature of the commission and how revisions will be delivered. There will be an 6% state sales tax added to the final price of all commissions.
If a bundled service is purchased, the commissioner may optionally elect for a payment plan with payments due before each step.
For large orders, a payment plan may be discussed.REVISIONSAudio Editing
I allow unlimited amounts of revisions before final delivery to account for adjustments and missed cuts. I will generally edit and mix the whole piece and send a "finished" product and allow for revisions or requests before marking the commission as complete.Script Writing
I will post a Google Document link that the client has editor privileges on after the proposal has been paid. The client may make live revisions and comments at their leisure or use it to check on commission progress. I allow unlimited amount of revisions for individual lines and one full script rewrite. Any further full script rewrites may result in 100% of commission price in additional fees or refusal to continue working on the commission and marking it as completed. Refund will be on a case by case basis based on reason for multiple full script rewrites.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I give an estimated delivery time for one month in order to allow the client time to respond to edits and revisions from payment date but realistic delivery time is 1-2 weeks depending on day of submission and personal work load. I will give a realistic timeline of dates during the proposal stage. Most importantly, speed of communication from the client will effect the speed the commission will be finished so please respond promptly and at your earliest convenience!USE
I allow all of my audio projects to be used in anyway the client wishes; I do not require a commercial fee charge in the case of merchandise or paywall.
I hold the right to record versions of the scripts I write onto my own content creation platforms such as Youtube/Patreon/Fansly. I will not post my fill until the client has publicly posted theirs and I will link back to their recording on the appropriate channels and give credit for the prompt and commission.REFUNDS
I will refund in full any commissions before any files have been given to the commissioner. Once any edited files have been exchanged the commission will be considered complete (as a client could take a "first pass" edit and use it in full as a completed work) and refunds will no longer be issued.
I will offer the option of a refund if the client's due date has passed.COMMUNICATION

I am in US-EST timezone and am unavailable after 12am (midnight). Sporadic messages may occur during 8am-2pm EST. Working hours are generally 2pm-12am.
